The above fees entitle candidates to ONE examination session.

Extraordinary Examination Sessions
 

The minimum number of methods to hold an extraordinary examination session is 10 methods.

If examination sessions do not reach 10 methods, applicable fees will be increased in 882€ per method left to complete 10 methods.

IMPORTANT: It is advisable not to sit for more than two methods per examination session so as to avoid excessively long exams

Payment of fees is treated as part of the candidate’s dossier and, thus, candidates will be unable to sit for an examination unless payment has been received. Non-attendance to exams should be notified 48 hours in advance, otherwise candidates are to sit for a re-examination session or restart up the examination process.

Payment of fees entitles candidates to request an examination/candidate’s file revision, to take the examination within a year from the payment and to receive a certificate, if applicable.


 

TREATMENT OF CANCELLATIONS

If after a request has been received, assigned an entry registration number and allotted an examination date, a cancellation request is filed for the initial examination request, a penalty charge will be debited to the payment received in respect of processing and managing the actual dossier, as follows:

1) 10% deduction to the applicable fee, when cancellation is requested 15 days before the examination period starts.   

2) 20% deduction to the applicable fee, when cancellation is requested 7 days before the examination period starts or after the official call for the examination session has been sent.

EXCUSED NON-ATTENDANCES

Only excused non-attendances accepted are those owing to circumstances beyond the candidate’s control or to family matters (second degree of consanguinity or affinity). Therefore, unavoidable urgent work-related matters of any kind are not an accepted excuse. In this case, the cancellation penalty policy # 2 will be applicable.

Excused non-attendances owing to circumstances beyond the candidate’s control will be dealt with by the Governance Structure.

Therefore, previous policies on treatment of excused non-attendances and differing from the above-mentioned are no longer valid.
