AEND Governance Structure

General Assembly: Formed by all AEND members, it is AEND highest authority. Its decisions and agreements are statutory adopted, becoming mandatory to all members

Government Council: This is AEND executive board, by delegation and on behalf of the General Assembly

Board of Directors: In order to receive operative support, the Board of Directors appoints a Board of Directors, which needs to be ratified by the General Assembly.

The President: calls and chairs the different governance bodies.
