Member Rights
AEND members who (1) satisfy the
requirements set in AEND Articles of association and (2) whose membership status
is NOT in temporal cancellation or standby, will abide the following rights:

Fully participate in AEND Ordinary and Extraordinary General
Assembly, as well as in all the meeting hold by the Regional Committees they
belong to.

Have a discount in the registration fees to courses,
seminars, congresses and other public events organised by AEND. Members will
also have a discount in books published by AEND.

Participate in the election of AEND representatives to the
Governance Structure whenever these are appointed by the Assembly, being
electable as a representative him/herself. Company member representatives
are excluded in this process.

Free
subscription to AEND Magazine.

Personal use of
AEND external signs.
-
Free Access to
AEND headquarters and installations, during office hours.

Receive
a copy of General Assembly minutes.
Member Duties
AEND Members
shall:
-
Accept and
comply with AEND Articles of Association and other regulations in effect,
affect them as members.
-
Not to
compromise AEND prestige or that of any of its members as well as not to
take any decisions that could affect in any negative way AEND and its
members’ interests.
-
Comply with
and help in the development of AEND mission statements, strictly adhering to
the professional code of practice.
-
Contribute,
within their possibilities, to AEND activities.
-
Pay the
annual fees, apportionments and punctual expenses agreed upon statutory
regulations.
-
Comply with
all the agreements approved off in General Assembly.
